Global Corporate Clients strategy

The ISS Way strategy sets the roadmap for the Global Corporate Clients strategy. Our legacy cleaning business represents less than 50% of our global operations and we are moving towards a fully balanced suite of facility services. We optimise value for our customers by controlling standards, eliminating waste and driving best practices across accounts.

The strategic direction towards 2016 is to continue to drive Integrated Facility Services (IFS) competencies through local implementation of global contracts. This will enable the ISS Group to keep transforming and growing the IFS self-delivery model on local, regional and global levels.

Global Corporate Clients impact the ISS business in three key areas:
  • Higher levels of self-delivery across all services to eliminate margin on margin
  • Greater levels of transparency drive productivity for ISS and reduce levels of contract management resources for our clients
  • Improved levels of service quality and synergies across service lines to drive customer value
