Thailand Facilities Management Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award

ISS Thailand is recognized for the 3rd year in a row with the ‘2017 Frost & Sullivan Thailand Facilities Management Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award’

This year Frost & Sullivan has selected ISS Thailand as the recipient of the ‘Thailand Facilities Management Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award’

Frost & Sullivan Excellence Awards recognise companies in several regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development. Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research in order to identify best practices in the industry.

Mr. Abhijit Datta, Country Manager of ISS Thailand stated:

I am truly honoured to receive the 2017 award for Strategy Innovation & Leadership. The year 2016 has been one of the most difficult years that we have experienced when we were clearly challenged by several External factors. However, not only did we successfully overcome these challenges, but we also launched several initiatives to strengthen our company for the long term. During the last year, we started up successfully our largest ever fully Integrated Facility Services contract; we ramped up our Technical Maintenance capability, so we are now able to integrate the full range of facility services;     we continued to expand & strengthen  our geographical coverage throughout the country so that we are now able to serve our customers with nation-wide presence and finally we have improved our People Processes relating to HIRING & RETAINING people, Leadership Development , Learning Management as well as Health & Safety. As a result of the commitment and efforts of our team, we have achieved consistently high Net Promoter scores both for our Customers and our employees.

So, I am truly delighted that ISS have been recognized for the 3rd year in a row. This award is a recognition of the efforts of our employees, the commitment of our management team and the support  and confidence of our customers and I would like to express my gratitude to all.

Finally, may I express my sincere thanks to Frost & Sullivan.  This award will certainly encourage us and strengthen our commitment, and it will inspire us to aim higher as we embark on this exciting journey towards developing ISS Thailand into a truly great service organization.

Janice Wung, Industry Analyst Energy & Environment, Frost & Sullivan commented:
“ISS is a key facilities management company in Thailand. The company has managed to overcome a challenging 2016 and has successfully increased its revenues by securing remarkable contract wins. The success in 2016 has positioned ISS as the front runner in Thailand’s facilities management market.

The company’s competitive differentiation through its customer value enhancement initiatives are reflected in its average client retention rate of more than 95% for the past few years. Its unique strategy of serving high value end-user sectors has also strengthened its brand name in Thailand.”
